Franz serves as the coordinator for the multi-regional Latin American Expansion Team, partnering together to reach the lost and equip missional leaders in Latin America and Lusophone (Portuguese-speaking) countries. Together, this team works to strengthen unity, creating effective strategies for ministry in each country. He also serves as Multiply's Regional Coach for global workers in Latin America, and he and his wife Doris work with the Brazilian MB Mission Agency and its mission training schools.
